1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Corvane website and reference resources provided by Corvane ("we", "our", "us"), a business registered in Malaysia and operating from Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan.

By accessing our website or using any of our resources, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Description of Resources

Corvane provides structured reference resources for edge AI hardware information, comprising:

• Reference Access — a single-seat subscription providing access to a curated hardware reference library, updated quarterly. Priced at RM 475.
• Comparison Workbook — a team workbook for up to ten users, supporting hardware characteristic comparisons for internal discussions. Priced at RM 1,900.
• Custom Research Brief — a one-off, tailored written brief organising edge hardware information around your organisation's stated questions, including a discovery call. Priced at RM 4,680.

All resources are provided as information tools and reference materials. They do not constitute advice, and Corvane does not make recommendations on behalf of any client. Clients are responsible for their own evaluation and decisions.

3. Eligibility and Account

Our resources are intended for professional and organisational users. By subscribing or engaging our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the resources for professional, research, or organisational purposes.
• The information you provide to us is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you and for all activity that occurs under your account or subscription.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription and engagement terms are as follows:

• Reference Access: annual subscription, payable in advance. Access is granted upon receipt of payment.
• Comparison Workbook: annual subscription for up to ten named users, payable in advance. Access is granted upon receipt of payment and confirmation of user list.
• Custom Research Brief: one-off engagement. A scoping call will be arranged prior to commencement, and 50% of the fee is payable upon confirmation of scope, with the balance due upon delivery of the brief.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of engagement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

The following cancellation terms apply:

• Reference Access and Comparison Workbook: subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current subscription period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial subscription periods.
• Custom Research Brief: if you wish to cancel after the scope has been confirmed but before work commences, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If work is already underway, the full fee may be due depending on progress at the time of cancellation. We will discuss the position with you fairly.

If Corvane is unable to deliver a subscribed resource due to circumstances on our side, we will arrange a refund proportionate to the unused period.

6. Acceptable Use

Access to Corvane's resources is granted for your own professional use. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish any part of the reference library or workbook content without written permission.
• Share subscription credentials with individuals outside the permitted seat or user count.
• Use the resources to compile competing reference products.
• Represent Corvane's content as your own original research without attribution.
• Attempt to access parts of the website or service for which you do not have a valid subscription.

Content from Custom Research Briefs may be used internally within your organisation for the purposes described at the time of engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Corvane's reference library, comparison workbooks, and research briefs — including entry structures, descriptive text, and organisational frameworks — is owned by or licensed to Corvane. These materials are provided for your use under these Terms and do not transfer ownership.

You retain ownership of any background information, questions, or materials you provide to us in the course of a Custom Research Brief engagement. By providing such materials, you grant Corvane a limited licence to use them for the purposes of delivering the brief.

8. Disclaimers

Corvane's resources are reference and information tools. While we take care to ensure accuracy and currency of content, we do not warrant that the information is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

• Content reflects information available at the time of writing or the most recent quarterly update and may not reflect subsequent changes in the hardware market.
• Resources are not a substitute for professional technical advice, procurement consultation, or vendor engagement.
• Corvane does not endorse any specific hardware manufacturer or product.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Corvane excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on our reference materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, Corvane's aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and any resource provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Corvane in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of or reliance on our resources.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or applicable law. The current version will always be published at this page with an updated Last Updated date. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of our resources after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
